ความสำคัญ
เนื่องจากธุรกิจด้านอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ อุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และอุตสาหกรรมไฟฟ้าแล้ว นอกจากเราต้องดำเนินการ Set up ระบบต่าง ๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนให้สามารถทำการผลิตให้ผลิตภัณฑ์มีคุณภาพตามที่ลูกค้าต้องการแล้วนั้น สิ่งหนึ่งที่ทุกบริษัทฯ จะมองข้ามไม่ได้ คือ สินค้าต้องปราศจากสารปนเปื้อนที่เป็นพิษและส่งผลกระทบกับสิ่งแวดล้อมและมนุษย์ นั่นก็คือสารเคมีที่จัดอยู่ในจำพวกสารโลหะหนักนั่นเอง อาทิ เช่น โครเมียม แคดเมียม ปรอท ตะกั่ว และอื่นๆ ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องยากถ้าผู้ประกอบการ ไม่มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจอย่างเพียงพอ เพราะนอกจากผู้ประกอบการจะต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบที่ว่าด้วยเรื่องการควบคุมสารปนเปื้อน คือ ELV, ROHS, REACH, SVHC, 76/769/EEC, PFOS, DMF, WEEE, ตลอดจนข้อกำหนดสารเคมีชนิดอื่นๆที่ทาง OEM และหน่วยงานที่ทำการควบคุมและบังคับใช้กฎหมาย ได้ประกาศฯ ควบคุม หรือ ห้ามใช้ ซึ่งเป็นข้อกำหนดที่ทุกบริษัทฯ จะต้องปฏิบัติตามอย่างเคร่งครัด ตลอดจนต่อไปในอนาคต IMDS : International Material Data System หรือ ระบบข้อมูลวัสดุสากล ซึ่งเป็นระบบที่สำคัญมากที่เข้ามามีบทบาทในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ อุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และอุตสาหกรรมไฟฟ้า ดังนั้นทุกโรงงาน / บริษัท ไม่ว่าจะเป็น เทรดดิ้ง จำเป็นต้องดำเนินการทำข้อมูลในระบบนี้เพื่อ Support ให้กับคู่ค้าของตน หากบริษัทฯใดไม่ดำเนินการจะถูกสั่งห้ามไม่ให้ทำการผลิต ห้ามส่งออกและซื้อขายสินค้าโดยเด็ดขาด
วัตถุประสงค์ในการฝึกอบรม
1. เพื่อให้เข้าใจข้อกำหนดของกฎหมายการควบคุมสารปนเปื้อนในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
2. เพื่อให้สามารถกรอกข้อมูลและจัดทำรายงานได้อย่างถูกต้องตามหลักข้อกฎหมายและมาตรฐานสากล
3. เพื่อให้ทราบถึงการควบคุมสารต้องห้ามหรือสารอันตรายที่มีผลต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมและมนุษย์ในผลิตภัณฑ์และให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดของกฎหมาย

1. การบรรยายสื่อสาร 2 ทาง โดยทฤษฎี 40 % ปฏิบัติ 60 %
2. ทำ Workshop ทำในระบบ IMDS
3. วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การตีความข้อกำหนด วิธีการแก้ไข
